Bikram Yoga is the fastest growing yoga practice in the world today. It is a series of 26 postures including 2 breathing exercises that provide a total body workout. This encourages weight loss, prevents injuries, boosts the immune system, improves concentration and improves physical balance, strength, flexibility and stamina. Bikram Yoga San Rafael is practiced in a warm room heated to just above body temperature to increase flexibility, provide a cardio workout, flush toxins, and melt away stress.
